An Exhibition will be held in conjunction with the technical sessions within the conference venue. The Exhibition is intended to provide an opportunity for companies, consultancy and research organizations to display and demonstrate their activities and services relating to corrosion industry.

The standard exhibition stand is 3m wide and 2m deep with 2.4m height. Stand fittings will consist of system stand, carpet floor, two fluorescent lights, fascia board in English, one electrical power point and sufficient tables and chairs. In addition, each exhibitor will avail the following benefits:

• Exhibitors names will be published in the conference website.
• Exhibitors profile and logo will be included in the Conference Proceedings CD/USB.
• A brief profile (10 lines) of each exhibitor will be included in the official exhibition guide free of charge which will be circulated to all VIPs, visitors and participating delegates.
• Each exhibitor is entitled to one full conference package (1 delegate).
• Advertising space with nominal charges will be available in the Exhibition Guide

Exhibition Cost

• One full exhibition stand with fittings costs SR 8,500 or BD 850 or US$ 2300 per 6 sq. m.
• Exhibition space without fittings costs SR 1,400 or BD 140 or US$ 380 per sq.m (minimum size is 6 sq. m)
