Authors Paper Instructions:

Please observe the following main items:

1. The Conference language is English.
   
   
2. Papers indicating a commercial objective will be rejected.
   
   
3. Send your draft paper(s) to the Technical Program Committee (TPC) no later than September 14, 2009.
   
   
4. Follow the attached instructions for paper preparation.
   
   
5. Papers will be reviewed for technical content and compliance with formatting standards.  We will provide you with feedback as soon as we can after we receive and review your paper(s) but no later than October 19, 2009.
   
   
6. If a paper is approved for publication, we should receive your registration fee no later than November 13, 2009 and your ready-for-publication paper no later than November 23, 2009.  Please send the final paper as a PDF file instead of mailing it.  Pre-registration of principal authors (or presenters) will be required before proceeding with the printing of approved papers.
   
   
7. Send us a copy of your Power Point presentation for review by January 20, 2010.  You will need to bring your own soft copy of the presentation to the conference.
