An
Exhibition will be held in conjunction with the technical sessions
within the Conference Venue. The exhibition is intended to provide
an opportunity for companies, consulting and research organizations
to display and demonstrate their activities and services related
to the Corrosion field and its issues.
The
exhibition stands are 3m wide and 2m deep with 2.5m height. Stand
fittings will consist of a system stand, two fluorescent lights,
and fascia board in English, one electrical power point and sufficient
tables and chairs. A brief resume of the exhibiting company will
be advertised in the Exhibition Guide free of charge and will
be circulated to all the delegates, VIP’s and government
officials at the opening ceremony.
In
addition to this each exhibitor shall avail the following benefits:

brief resume (8-10 lines) of each exhibitor will be included
in the officialExhibitionGuide which will be circulated
to all invited government officials&V.I.P.’s,visitor’sand
participating delegates. |

Advertising
space will also be available in the Exhibition Guide and
final Conference program at discounted cost. |
| 3 |
Wide
publicity will be given in the Gulf Region about the exhibition
to attract Consultants, Contractors and Government officials
to visit the exhibition booths during the conference period.

Each
Exhibitor is entitled to one full conference package and
one person allowed to attend all the technical sessions
free of cost during the 3 days conference period. |
| 5 |
All
Exhibitors participating in the conference will be honored
during the Conference Dinner. |

COST:
One
full exhibition Stand with the above fittings will cost BD.600
or US$1620 for the conference duration. Exhibition space without
fittings–BD.90 or US$245 per square meter, minimum size
is 6 sq. meters.
Note
1: A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the
full payment by 31st December, 2005.

2: Acceptable forms of payment include US Dollars/ Bahraini Dinar
by Bankers Draft payable to BAHRAIN SOCIETY OF ENGINEERS or Credit
Card Mail Order. Payment can also be made by direct Bank Transfer
payable to BAHRAIN SOCIETY OF ENGINEERS A/C No: 99065991
with National Bank of Bahrain (Main Branch)
Note
3: In case of cancellation of Exhibition Space before 30th November
2005, the Exhibitor will be refunded the Exhibition Stand cost
after deduction of nominal Administration Charges borne by the
Conference Secretariat.
