Companies are invited to become Official Sponsors of the various events to take place during the conference. The attached
Sponsorship form describes the different sponsorship categories along with the benefits. The sponsorship will allow companies to
promote their products and services to the conference audience, and the opportunity to interact with the attending professionals.
BENEFITS OFFERED TO SPONSORING COMPANY
1) PLATINUM SPONSOR BD 5,000 (US$ 13,500) |
| a) |
Company name and logo of appropriate sizes will be published in all the conference publicity materials as Prime Sponsor. |
| b) |
Entitled for eight square meter stand space with stand fittings at the exhibition hall. |
| c) |
Three delegates from the sponsoring company may attend the conference with full package at free of charge. |
| d) |
All Conference participants and exhibitors from the Prime Sponsor will be provided free lunches, refreshments and conference dinner. |
| e) |
Publicity materials will be included in the conference pack. |
| f) |
Company name and logo with a brief profile will be published in the conference web site which shall be connected to the Sponsor’s web site. |
